Brilliant opticians. I've been going there for years now. Every member of staff is lovely, helpful and polite and will often go out of their way for you. I couldn't recommend a better opticians

This was my second time using Mersey Eyecare, the first being two years ago. I cannot fault the service provided by the Optician and all of the staff. I was given a thorough eye examination, something I was pleased about after having suffered some months with serious vision problems and following months of hospital appointments. What could have been an anxious time was made much easier by a friendly Optician who explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. For that I am very grateful. The reception staff were also excellent, very friendly and helpful and assisted us with selecting new glasses and explaining what I was entitled to. The after care was also first class, calling in to have my glasses adjusted a few times was no trouble, the staff again being really friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Mersey Eyecare highly enough, they are first class. I shall certainly be using them again.
